Small is big

#qotd: How many of you like tiny tales?

Well I love them, especially because in a few words, phrases and sentences they create an aura of an entire storyline which is relatable almost every time.

Small is big Vol II is a book by Rafaa Dalvi which is a collection of 100 micro tales.

Rating:āāāšŸŒ /šŸŒŸšŸŒŸšŸŒŸšŸŒŸšŸŒŸ (3.5/5)

This potpourri of tiny tales is mainly of the genres romance and thriller. The book is arranged in a lexicographical manner with the letters J, K,U, X, Y & Z not being in the run.

The ones which I really liked are:
Abandon
Allow
Bully
Castle
Family
Familiar
Fat
From dusk till dawn
Free
Guilty
Look
Memory
Peace
Survival of the fittest
Touch

While “Abandon” tells about the wish monster, “Touch” talks about the perverted monsters we have in our society who takes advantage of a small child and take pleasure by destroying their innocence.

The book is a good read although at one or two places I didn’t understand the inner meaning but overall it’s a good endeavour to go through the micro tales once.
